Nouveau cette année, un bénévole se joint à notre équipe pour organiser des parties de simple style monte-descend les mercredis de 20h a 22h qui se dérouleront comme suit :

Échelle d'auto-évaluation de Tennis Québec
Mercredi soir 20h-22h débutant le 22 mai et les 2 premières semaines serviront à évaluer et confirmer le niveau des participants. Possibilité d’ajouter le lundi 20h-22h selon le nombre de participants.
Balles : chaque joueur fournit ses propres balles neuves pour les premières semaines de la saison, par la suite, l’organisation pourra les fournir après avoir exigé un montant spécifique aux participants.
Conditions de participation :
- Vous devez payer votre abonnement au club et l'accès au terrain à la ville.
- Vous participez au nombre de rencontres que vous voulez
- Chaque semaine, vous devez confirmer votre présence par courriel au plus tard le lundi avant 18h
- Si vous avez confirmé votre présence, en cas d’annulation ou d’absence, communiquez le plus tôt possible avec le responsable (Éric Lafontaine)
- Le seul classement tenu sert à placer les joueurs sur le bon terrain avec des adversaires autant que possible de leur niveau
Règles de jeu :
- 3 matchs par rencontre
- Échauffement de 15 minutes
- Un chronomètre de 30 minutes détermine la durée d’un match sur tous les courts (ex : de 20h15 à 20h45)
- Par contre, après les 30 minutes, s’ils sont à égalité dans les jeux (et seulement dans ce cas), les joueurs finissent le jeu en cours
- Dans ce dernier cas, le jeu à finir se joue sans avantage avec le retourneur qui choisit le côté où il veut recevoir le service
- Le gagnant du 1er match monte sur le terrain supérieur (ex : n°7 sur le n°8) et le perdant descend sur celui plus bas (ex : n°5 sur le n°4), on fait la même chose pour le 2e match
- Au 3e match, si le dernier jeu ne peut se finir pour 22h, le joueur en avance à ce moment est déclaré vainqueur; si les deux joueurs sont à égalité, on joue un dernier point avec l’accord du préposé
- Après la rencontre, envoyez un message (courriel ou texto) au responsable avec le résultat de votre dernier match et le numéro de terrain où vous avez joué celui-ci, et ce, afin d’aider à déterminer sur quel terrain vous amorcerez votre prochaine rencontre; ces informations peuvent aussi être laissées à la cabane du préposé

Comme par le passé,
si vous vous inscrivez pour jouer en simple, vous recevrez un courriel de bienvenue incluant un fichier Excel avec les coordonnées et niveaux des joueurs de simple.
Vous êtes prêt à jouer! Donc, c’est à vous d’envoyer un texto ou un courriel à un ou plusieurs joueurs à la fois pour leur demander de jouer au jour et heure de votre choix.
Une fois votre partenaire trouvé, vous appelez au Centre de Tennis Cavelier au 514 367 6445 afin de réserver votre terrain. Vous pouvez appeler 48 heures à l’avance……Lors de votre appel, il est important de préciser au préposé(e) que vous êtes membre du Circuit de Tennis LaSalle afin de pouvoir réserver les terrains 5,6,7 ou 8. Bon match!!!

You’re ready to play! It is up to you to send a text message or an email to a few players in order to ask them if they are available to play with you on your chosen date and time. Once you’ve found your partner, you have to phone Centre de Tennis Cavelier at 514 367 6445 in order to reserve your court. You may do this 48 hours in advance. During your call, it is important to mention that you are a member of Circuit de Tennis LaSalle so that the person in charge of the reservation will assign court no 5,6,7 or 8 to you. Have fun!

New this year, a volunteer is joining our team to organize simple up-and-down style games on Wednesdays from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. which will take place as follows:
CAVELIER SINGLE UP-DESCEND LEAGUE 2024

Wednesday evening 8 p.m.-10 p.m starting Wednesday May 22 and the first 2 weeks will be used to evaluate and confirm the level of participants
Possibility of adding Monday 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. depending on the number of participants
Balls: each player provides their own new balls for the first weeks of the season, subsequently, the organization can provide them after requiring a specific amount from the participants
Conditions of participation :
- You must pay your club subscription and access to the land in the city.
- You participate in the number of meetings you want
- Each week, you must confirm your presence by email no later than Monday before 6 p.m.
- If you have confirmed your presence, in the event of cancellation or absence, contact the person in charge (Éric Lafontaine) as soon as possible.
- The only ranking maintained serves to place players on the right field with opponents as close to their level as possible
Game rules:
- 3 matches per meeting
- 15 minute warm-up
- A 30-minute timer determines the duration of a match on all courts (e.g. from 8:17 p.m. to 8:47 p.m.)
- On the other hand, after 30 minutes, if they are tied in the games (and only in this case), the players finish the current game
- In the latter case, the game to be finished is played without advantage with the returner choosing the side where he wants to receive the service
- The winner of the 1st match goes up to the higher ground (e.g.: n°7 on n°8) and the loser goes down on the lower one (e.g.: n°5 on n°4), we do the same thing for the 2nd match
- In the 3rd match, if the last game cannot be finished by 10 p.m., the player in advance at that time is declared the winner; if the two players are tied, one last point is played with the agreement of the attendant
- After the match, send a message (email or text message) to the person in charge with the result of your last match and the field number where you played it, in order to help determine on which field you will start your game. next meeting; this information can also be left at the attendant's cabin
